The first time

Wow! My first experience with a blog post on the internet. I have been thrashing myself here lately for not journaling, even though I require my students to journal in class. What's an English teacher who doesn't write? So welcome to my first official "blog" that has no prepared topic or point except for testing the water and seeing how my own thoughts appear on the screen. As I begin my journey I invite you to come along and share my experiences. We are all on a quest for our personal grail experience; I believe it is the journey and not the achievement wherein we find our purpose and build our spirits. Perhaps we can discover something together.
